| DIRECTIONS TO DECATUR HIGH SCHOOL AND DECATUR STADIUM FROM NORTHWEST SECTIONS OF ATLANTA (Marietta): Take I-75 South to the Presidential Parkway Exit. Take that exit and continue on Presidential Parkway past the Carter Center to Ponce de Leon Avenue. Turn RIGHT onto Ponce de Leon Avenue and follow Ponce all the way into Decatur. At Trinity Street in Decatur, turn RIGHT (St. Thomas More Catholic School is on the corner of Ponce and Trinity). Continue on Trinity for five blocks to N. McDonough Street. Turn RIGHT on N. McDonough. Decatur High School is on the right. The stadium is right behind the school. FROM NORTHERN SECTIONS OF ATLANTA (Alpharetta): Take I-85 South to Clairmont Avenue. Turn LEFT on Clairmont and follow it all the way into downtown Decatur (approx. 5 miles). When coming into Decatur, turn RIGHT onto Commerce Drive (First Baptist of Decatur on the corner). Follow Commerce about 1/2 mile to Trinity Street. Turn LEFT onto Trinity. Go one block and turn RIGHT onto N. McDonough Street. Decatur High School is on the right. The stadium is right behind the school. FROM SOUTHERN SECTIONS OF ATLANTA: Take I-85 North or I-75 North to I-285 East. Follow I-285 East to the Flat Shoals Exit. Turn LEFT onto Flat Shoals and continue into Decatur (approx. 5 miles). Flat Shoals will become Candler Street in Decatur. Cross over the railroad tracks and bear to the left on Trinity. Follow Trinity for two blocks to McDonough Street. Turn LEFT onto McDonough. Decatur High School is on the right. The stadium is right behind the school. For a map of this area, click HERE. |
